    TERM AND CONDITION

     

     

       I. Manning Agreement
          Between PT. AMAN ARWITA MARITIME Crewing

          Agency and principals / ship owners / Crew

          Management

      II. Period And Contract

          • 8 (Eight) Months Plus Or Minus 1 Month
          •

    10 (Ten) Months Plus 2 Months

     

    III. Principal / Ship Owner and Crew Management Agency responsible and provides for :

    •
    Insurance
    •
    Tickets
    •
    Letter of Guarantee / Invitation Letter include The name of Vessels & Port of Joining Vessels ( To Apply
    Visa )
    •
    Agency Fees ( Negotiation )
    •
    Every calendar month, The principal / ship owner / crew management must be send the Agency Fees
    Every 1 (one) Month Working
    •
    Home Allotment a minimum of 50% and maximum of 80% from Total Wages for Crew Family as
    mentioned from Allotment Form.
    •
    Individual Working Contract as contained in the article between Agency and Principal / Ship Owner
    / Crew Management.
    •
    Agency are responsible the crew Home Allotment payment to the crew Family as mentioned from Allotment Form.

    IV. Principal / Ship Owner / Crew Management responsible and provides for :

    • Overall 2 each per contract
    • Safety Shoes 1 each per contract
    • Socks 2 each per contract
    • Hand gloves 2 each per contract
    • A winter overcoat or jacket

    V. Embarkation Procedures :

    • Medical General Check Up
    • Signing on ( Immigration )
    • Mustering ( Harbour Master )
